think of anything to lighten the mood at your AGM? Wedding?
Company meal? Party? Stressful, isn’t it?
Here at Accidental Headquarters, we understand your
pain. Concerned about conversation? Worried about wine?
Seizing up over the seating arrangements? … Why
not hire Accidental Collective to jolly the evening
along? We bring you a unique blend of interactive, humorous
performance to liven up any occasion. Currently we offer
you Continual Collection (please see Projects)
in two different formats:
Option
1 -
Continual Collection can be performed in the same format
as it was recently taken on tour: a piece with up to
4 performers providing up to 45 minute show involving
a variety of donated materials collected prior to the
event. The audience chooses which boxes are opened;
each box contains a different ‘ingredient’
for performance, either text, music, objects or directions
from our donors around which we perform a well established,
semi improvised set of skits and set pieces. The audience
call the shots. No one performance is ever the same
– push us to our limits and see!
Option
2 –
Alternatively, we can personalise Continual Collection
especially for you. We will take the structure of the
show, but rather than using our established boxes, we
ask you, your friends and colleagues, to make all the
‘donations’ for the performance. In advance
we would require suggestions for objects, texts, music,
or actions. With these we will devise an entirely new
show specific to you.
A more elaborate option, but one which allows the company
to really personalise our performances complete with
any of your own in-jokes.
